Due to the custom-build nature of our business model, all sales of Belltone®Guitars are final and we do not offer returns or refunds.
Our guitars are manufactured one at a time, by hand, by humans out of natural materials. We view every guitar as an individual work of art, and we understand that with art, as in life, not all is perfect. We are committed to partnering with each and every customer in a personal and direct way to provide the highest level of satisfaction with our guitars. Once you receive your guitar, if you have any questions or concerns regarding quality and functionality of the instrument, we welcome hearing from you and will do our best to address them as fairly and expeditiously as possible.
Belltone®Guitars will provide an instrument that meets our exacting standards of quality but accepts no responsibility for any subjective response to the purchase of any Belltone® guitar based on a failure to meet subjective expectations such as "holy grail" tone, rockstar looks and general swang.
For all requests to address manufacturing defects, we require that you email us and provide the details in writing regarding the defect and include any pictures or recordings where applicable. Once reviewed and if approved, you will then be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please allow atleast (2) business day for a formal reply to all requests. After you receive your the RMA number you have five (5) days to ship back to us. If the RA# is not clearly marked on the package being returned, it will be refused. Belltone®Guitars will inspect any returned instrument and/or part, and upon approval, and at the sole discretion of Belltone®Guitars, will replace or repair any part or parts deemed defective.
The Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges on pre approved returns due to manufacturing defects.We strongly advise shipping via a method that includes tracking and full insurance coverage, as Belltone®Guitars will not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Belltone®Guitars will pay any cost of shipping of repaired items, including insurance, back to the buyer.
