At Belltone® Guitars your satisfaction is paramount. We know that buying a custom made electric guitar online from a new maker is not an easy decision to make and represents not only a significant investment of your time and money, but most importantly your trust.
We want to help provide you with confidence and comfort when making this decision. Understanding that central to the sound, performance and overall ‘sonic character’ of an electric guitar is determined in large measure by the individual pickups that go into the guitar, we want to easy any concerns you may have about the specific pickups you have chosen for your signature Belltone® build. Therefore, we offer the Tone-Sure™ Sonic Assurance Program.
The program is straightforward and simple:
If you are unhappy for any reason with the subjective sound and tone of the pickups you selected for your custom signature Belltone® build, you have 30 days from receipt of your guitar to request a change for a different set of pickups.
All that is required is for you to email us at info@belltoneguitars.com or call us at 305-209-2126 to let us know that you want to make a pickup exchange. We will be happy to walk you through the process of getting you a new set of pickups sent out to you as soon as possible.
Tone-Sure™ 4 Step Process
Step #1 … decide what new pickups you want (we are more than happy to help you with this and provide guidance if requested)
Step #2 … purchase the new set of replacement pickups.
Step #3 … we will ship out the new pickups if in stock or will order the new set and ship them out to you when they come in.
Step #4 … once the new pickups arrive to you, take out your original pickups and ship them back to us for a full credit value … (please see Terms & Conditions for more details)
Again, our goal in offering this program is to help you be more assured and at ease in making the creative choice to design and have built your own custom signature Belltone® guitar.
Terms and Conditions
- The TONE-SURE™ program is a one time - one swap offer only per each new Belltone® guitar purchased.
- Buyer is responsible for any and all costs associated with removing the original pickups from the guitar. Belltone®Guitars recommends having a professional guitar tech do the work unless the buyer is experienced in this type of setup work.
- Belltone®Guitars accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage incurred to the original pickups, the guitar, or any part of the guitar as a result of the original pickup removal.
- The returned original pickups must be working and received in good condition with wiring leads attached.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the pickup exchange both ship to of the new pickups and return of the original pickups.
- Installation of the replacement pick is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Belltone®Guitars accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage incurred to the new pickups, the guitar, or any part of the guitar as a result of the new pickup installation.
