The TONE-SURE™ Sonic Assurance Program option is available for within the first 30 calendar days of your delivery date.

The TONE-SURE™ program is a one-time only offer (you may only make one pickup exchange request).

Buyer is responsible for any and all costs associated with removing the pickup(s) from the guitar. Belltone® Guitars recommends having a professional guitar tech do the work. Belltone® Guitars accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage incurred to the pickup, the guitar, or any part of the guitar as a result of the pickup removal.

Returned pickup(s) must be working and received in good condition with wiring leads attached. Buyer Is responsible for all return shipping costs. Belltone®Guitars covers the shipping for the replacement pickup(s). Installation of replacement pickups is the sole responsibility of the Buyer and Belltone®accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage incurred to the pickup, the guitar, or any part of the guitar as the result of pickup installation.
